We are committed to addressing the current skills gap within the construction industry and creating the next generation of construction professional.

We hold the coveted Gold Accreditation from Investors in People, a signal that we are passionate about continuously developing our workforce. We also work with schools, colleges and training organisations to provide opportunities to create career opportunities in the construction industry.

Each member of our team receives six training days per year as a baseline, in line with each employee’s personal training plan, with additional training if required. This additional training supports the individual’s aspirations and ensures that Carefoot has a world class qualified and experienced team.

Carefoot is an approved CITB training organisation, we are supporters of the Lancashire Skills Pledge, as part of the Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub.
