Our involvement in this sector covers housing associations through to one-off private developers and encompasses not just new build housing but repair and refurbishment.

Projects completed include the construction of a new YMCA four story, 40-bedroom residential and support centre in Bolton as well as the new build and refurbishment of Beech Close for Onward Homes.
