About The Project

Following the successful delivery of their flagship maintenance facility and head office, Carefoot was selected to negotiate the construction of Haydock Commercial Vehicles’ new facility in Preston.
Constructed within the existing live maintenance facility at Bamber Bridge, our project team worked closely with client management to ensure the continued operation of the facility and safety of staff and customers.
Carefoot’s pre-construction team was able to advise and value engineer the design development of the new facility to ensure both time and cost savings were maximised.
