About The Project

Carefoot was appointed as principal contractor to build the new Scania maintenance facility on Omega Park, Warrington.
The 1.3-hectare site includes a new cutting-edge HGV service centre with vehicle servicing/repair facilities and MOT bays at ground floor, with associated offices and ancillary facilities spread over the three floors. The external areas have secure parking for 70 HGV tractor units, with additional space for complete tractor and trailer units. External works also included truck wash.
Built on the old Burtonwood Airbase, the site required ground remediation and new services landing on the site.
